On the day of the festival, colourful stalls form the Limburg backdrop. Richly filled with art and creativity, a hodgepodge of techniques, ideas and creations, made by people with a heart for the artistic sector. People from far and wide now know how to find Rimburg, both “seasoned” participants and “new” ones. As a result, the balance is good and everyone feels completely at home in Landgraaf’s most beautiful spot during the festival. So what more could you want as an organisation?
The Festival des Arts is more than just art. This is evident from its social character, the “meet and greet” of people outside the village who use the festival as a base to have a nice chat with villagers, acquaintances or family members.

The date is known to all, first Sunday of the month of July.
“Everyone gets the space,” say the organisers, “we continue to take care of an affordable art market for the artists. The organisers take good care of their “guests” behind the stall. Saying “hello” every year, offering something to drink, wishing a nice market, it’s a small effort but it does everyone good and strengthens ties.

This year, too, promises to be another special happening. With a diverse number of artists, the organisation is therefore extremely excited to start the day.
